Due to the nature of this service-based work, refunds are rarely given. Several rounds of revision are included with each project, so if something doesn’t work for you, please don’t be afraid to tell me. I value your feedback and am committed to providing you with a message you are pleased with.

No, I am not a web designer and website design is not included in my work. However, I have relationships with many web designers and would be happy to refer you to someone I know and trust!

As I cannot forcibly make someone give you their credit card details, I am not able to guarantee any numerical or financial results. However, what I can guarantee is that you will walk away with messaging and copy crafted by proven strategies to resonate with your community and make you excited to show up for your business.

For our project to be a success, you must be clear on who you are, what you do, what you offer, and how you do your work differently from others in your industry. Without these foundational business pieces, we unfortunately can’t begin a project together.

All of my copy packages are designed with a quick turn-around in mind. Websites are completed over 5 business days where sales pages and emails are typically completed in one business day. If you need a faster (or longer) turnaround, please let me know in your inquiry. I’m happy to be flexible as long as our schedules align.

This is a truly done-for-you service, so you do not need to be present throughout or entire project. However, for the purpose of providing feedback and revisions, your participation will be needed for short amounts of time during our work together. This typically consists of a project kickoff call and a copy review call.

If you miss a deadline in your project, the project timeline will be altered. Please keep this in mind as you schedule your project on my calendar. Please choose a period of time where you will be able to be present and meet deadlines.
