The Desire:

A website to attract new 1:1 clients, sell her digital products, and grow her brand new coaching container for artists.

The Problem:

Tess is so passionate about the power of EFT Tapping and saw how it changed her own life, but struggled to communicate the life-changing transformation it could create to her ideal client,

Although she considers herself a writer, Tess also had no experience writing website copy and wanted to have her new website done well from the very beginning.

What We Did:

I paid special attention to the struggles and desires of the person Tess wanted to attract to her business. I made sure her new website copy not only built trust by articulating their struggles back to them, but invited them to believe their desires were within their reach. I then positioned Tess's services as the solution they needed to move forward.

As an artist herself, Tess really wanted to preserve her inspirational and poetic voice. She came to the right copywriter, because that's my specialty. I brought a creative, poetic voice to Tess's words through structure and word choice. We formatted her About Page as a direct letter to her ICA! So fun!


I scaled back the industry jargon normally seen in the subconscious reprogramming space and only added it where it made sense. Tess wanted her ICA to understand the life-changing transformation of EFT Tapping, so I wrote it in a way the average person could see and feel it actually happening to them. Industry jargon is great, but not when it goes over your ideal client's head. Communicating with them in words they understand helped make something unfamiliar feel approachable and appealing.
